Up Building Homes Improvements provides home improvement and remodeling services, including bathroom, kitchen, and basement remodeling, deck building, interior painting, and accessory dwelling unit construction, in Rosedale, MD and the surrounding Baltimore area. Submitting a contact form or calling us does not constitute a binding contract. All projects require a signed written agreement.

Estimates

Free estimates are non-binding. Final pricing is determined after an in-home evaluation and detailed scope review.

Workmanship Guarantee

Up Building Homes Improvements provides a 1-year workmanship guarantee on all labor. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship only. It does not apply to issues resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or acts of nature. Material warranties are the responsibility of their respective manufacturers.
